As a coach, my goal is to help you connect deeply with who you are as a leader. I will help you identify your core values and hold them in focus as we work through your challenges and champion your strengths.

I have spent my career in product management. When I’m not coaching, I lead a product team at an ed tech company.

My industry background means we’ll have a shared vocabulary as product leaders . My personal interest in helping others grow as whole people has led me to pursue coaching as a practice.

I was fortunate to work with a coach as I made my own transition into a leadership role – it was a formative experience for me, and I am a better leader because of it. The inspiration, clarity and transformation coaching brought me has made me eager to provide the same value to others.

I am trained in the Co-Active Coaching model. This means that I’ll always hold your agenda in focus as we partner to maximize your personal and professional potential. I will help you unlock your creativity as you grow into your most authentic self as a leader.
